Ironikus m\u00f3don a szocializmus dics\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t hirdet\u0151 toronyhoz sz\u00e1mos alapanyagot a \u201ehanyatl\u00f3 Nyugatr\u00f3l\u201d kellett beszerezni: a k\u00fcls\u0151 burkolat \u00e9s a f\u00e9nysz\u00f3r\u00f3k Nyugat-N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1gb\u00f3l, a liftek \u00e9s a l\u00e9gkondicion\u00e1l\u00f3k pedig Sv\u00e9dorsz\u00e1gb\u00f3l \u00e9rkeztek.<\/p>\n<p>A Fernsehturm nem csup\u00e1n technikai l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9ny volt. A szocialista Kelet-N\u00e9metorsz\u00e1g egyik legfontosabb propagandaszimb\u00f3lum\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1lt. A toronnyal azt k\u00edv\u00e1nt\u00e1k demonstr\u00e1lni, hogy az NDK k\u00e9pes vil\u00e1gsz\u00ednvonal\u00fa, monument\u00e1lis beruh\u00e1z\u00e1sok megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n<h2>A \u201ep\u00e1pa bossz\u00faja\u201d \u00e9s a torony g\u00fanynevei<\/h2>\n<p>A torony jellegzetes g\u00f6mbje egy nem v\u00e1rt, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s optikai jelens\u00e9get produk\u00e1l.
